Refund & Return Policy

RETURNS 
Many of our items are from local estates and collectors. As such, there may be some signs of wear and use. We will always do our best to describe damage, repairs, or restorations but NOTE:  Consider our images as part of the description. Be sure to review the images carefully. On rare occasion the cataloger may miss something but the camera picks it up.   

If our description is materially or significantly different than what we describe, we will accept the return and refund you fully. In other words, if we say it's sterling silver, it's going to be sterling silver. If we were ever wrong, we would take the item back without question and refund you fully.

However, if we say it's pink and you think it's salmon, no refund or return. Electronics are not calibrated to render color accurately across devices. Your iphone might show the image differently than our Iphone, or Ipad, PC etc. 

"Good condition" means there is minimal if any wear, no chips, no cracks, no crazing, etc unless specifically mentioned or shown in images. If you receive the item and you don't agree, let us know. We'll consider each item on an individual bases. NOTE: we rarely describe anything as "excellent" even if we can't see anything wrong.

If we approve your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 to 4 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Sale items are all FINAL SALE. No refund, no return, no store credit.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged from manufacturing. Please contact us immediately. 

Shipping
If your return has been authorized,  mail your item to: 3196 Davis Blvd, Naples, FL, 34104, United States. Be sure to enclose original proof of purchase as well as your authorization letter. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
